Original Japanese limited edition silkscreen print. Fine color and excellent
condition. Print measures 13 and 3/4 x 19 and 1/8 inches. Edition Number
196/300, Title in Japanese and artist signature in bottom margin hand written
in pencil by the artist. Very Japanese mood and impressive. This truly
beautiful print brings tranquility and relaxation into any room. This place
is "Hokkeji" in Nara. The Hokke-ji Temple used to be a house
of Fujiwara-no Fuhito. The Empress Komyo built the temple as a state-established
provincial convent. It is Famous for its National Tresure, the Eleven-faced
Kannon Bodhisattva and guardian dogs. The garden of this guest room is
appointed in the natural beauty spot of the country.
