"Suzushi" (Cool Day) by Katsuyuki Nishijima. First printed ca:1993.  This scene is street in front of Shimizuya (famous old house, but it is a museum now)  in Tsumago, Nagano prefecture. Nishijima's umbrella prints are very attractive and most  popular. Pristine condition, never framed. Please see the pictures. Hand titled in Japanese by artist, and hand signed. Paper width is 13.1 inches wide and 10.8 inches wide.  Wonderful detains with strong colors. Excellent shading, bold colors and strong ink bleed through.  Genuine handmade Japanese woodblock print.  This is from Japanese artist Katsuyuki Nishijima who was born 1945 in Yamaguchi, Japan.Beautiful contrast.
