Pencil signed by the artist lower right margin. Nakajima prints are seldom seen outside of Japan. He is famous for his melancholy young women usually seen outdoors in the wind. Please see highly detailed carving of individual hair lines and fine shading to face. It has a wonderful dreamlike mood, quite beautiful.

He has won international awards for his children's books illustrations.
