"Boke Hojiro"(Japanese Meadow Bunting, Flowering Quince ) by Shundei Nakamura (1904-1966). Excellent condition for the age. Paper size is 10 and 1/2 x 16 and 1/4 inch. Published by Matsuyoshi. Now Matsuyoshi is art supply shop. I heard they published woodblock before WWII war.  Japanese title, Matsuyoshi seal, Shinmi printer's seal, Okura carver's seal in left margin. "Shundei" characters and red seal in lower right of image. Flower name on left (Flowering Quince) and bird name on right (Japanese Meadow Banting)  in bottom margin. Excellent condition for the age. Wonderful details. A very faint ink smudge in lower left image. Please see the picture. Genuine handmade Japanese woodblock print. Wonderful details.
