"Sakura - Ueno Toshogu -  (Cherry Blossoms, Toshogu Shrine, Ueno)"  by Shiro Kasamatsu (1898-1992).First printed 1935 (Showa 10nen); this is a later printing. Signature reads "Shiro" with "shiro" seal.  In lower right margin is red "Watanabe" seal. Japanese title " Sakura - Ueno Toshogu " (Cherry Blossoms, Toshogu Shrine, Ueno) and date "Showa 10 nen Haru"( Spring, 1935 ) on the right margin. Pristine condition. Very slight ink smudge into bottom margin which is very common and will be easily mat out. Published by Watanabe with 7 mm Watanabe Seal. Paper size is 10 and 1/2 inches by 15 and 1/2 inches.  Wonderful details.  Very Japanese mood, very soft romantic colors and beautiful Bokashi shading.
