"Tokyo Hakkei no uchi - Zojoji Sanmon" (The Main Gate of  Zojoji Temple from "Eight Views of Tokyo")  is by Shiro Kasamatsu (1898-1992). Paper size is 10 and 3/4 by 16 inches. Unsodo "Gei watermark" lower left margin corner. Signed "Shiro" with seal "Shiro". Carver: Nagashima; Printer: Horii. New condition. Excellent shading and ink bleed through. Wonderful details with typical Unsodo printer's "smudge" in right margin which will be easily mat out. Genuine Japanese woodblock print. Undated. First published in 1953 this later impression from original blocks. Japanese peaceful snow scene.
