Original limited edition by Noboru Yamataka who was born in 1926. "Harubiru" (Spring Afternoon). Artist signature "Noboru Yamataka", edition number 17/100 and the title in pencil on the lower margin. Size: 10 and 3/4 inches by 15 and 1/4 inches. It is in pristine condition with full margins, bold colors and never framed. Typical some tiny ink smudge on the margin and in image(cream color sky).
